Description of the “Advanced Trader” Strategy (Legal Entities)

The strategy is specifically designed for Interactive Brokers accounts that are opened in the name of a company (corporate accounts). This structure allows the manager to actively adjust the portfolio to market conditions in accordance with Slovenian tax legislation.

The core of the portfolio always consists of up to 50 carefully selected stocks from various sectors. The share of each sector is continuously adjusted based on the current risk/reward ratio. This way, we maintain flexibility and dynamic portfolio balance.

For protection against major declines and volatility management, we use hedging with derivative financial instruments (futures contracts). Additionally, in specific market windows, we also open directional positions, which add additional growth to the portfolio during periods of clear trends.

This is a strategy that is very suitable for companies, as it pursues the goal of outperforming stock index returns with lower volatility while providing constant protection against major stock market collapses.

The strategy is specifically designed for Interactive Brokers accounts opened in the name of an individual. This structure allows the manager to optimize the investment process in accordance with Slovenian tax legislation and tailor the portfolio to the individual’s needs.

The core of the portfolio always consists of up to 50 carefully selected stocks from various sectors. The weight of each sector is continuously adjusted based on the current risk/reward ratio. In this way, the portfolio maintains flexibility and dynamic balance.

To protect against major drawdowns and manage volatility, hedging with derivative financial instruments (option contracts) is utilized. Additionally, when clear market signals emerge, directional positions are opened, enabling the portfolio to achieve above-average growth during periods of strong trends.

This strategy is particularly suitable for individuals in Slovenia, as it aims to achieve higher returns than equity indices while offering greater protection against market fluctuations and efficient tax treatment in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.
