2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF PROCESSING

We process personal data in accordance with the principles of:

  • lawfulness, fairness, and transparency,

  • purpose limitation,

  • data minimization,

  • accuracy,

  • storage limitation,

  • integrity and confidentiality.

3. WHICH PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

We may process the following types of personal data:

3.1 Data provided by you

  • first and last name,

  • email address,

  • username,

  • registration code,

  • communication content (emails, messages).

3.2 Data collected during website use

  • IP address,

  • device and browser data,

  • date and time of access,

  • technical and security logs.

3.3 Data related to Discord

  • Discord username and ID,

  • communication content within the Discord community.

4. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

We process personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

5. OBLIGATORY OR VOLUNTARY PROVISION OF DATA

  • The provision of basic data (e.g., email) is a condition for access.

  • Without this data, access cannot be provided.

  • Additional data (e.g., communication content) is voluntary.

6. GIFTED ACCESS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Access to the platform, content, videos, and the Discord community is gifted; it is not payable and does not constitute a service within the meaning of consumer legislation.

The Controller reserves the right to limit or terminate access at any time, which may result in the deletion of associated personal data.

7. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Personal data may be disclosed to:

  • contractual processors (e.g., IT service providers),

  • communication platform providers (e.g., Discord),

  • state authorities, when required by law.

Appropriate contractual agreements have been concluded with all processors.

8. DATA TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU / EEA

Some providers (e.g., Discord) may process data outside the EU/EEA.

In such cases, the transfer is carried out on the basis of:

  • the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses,

  • or other appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.

9. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

We retain personal data:

  • for as long as access or the business relationship exists,

  • after the termination of the relationship, for no longer than required by law,

  • communication data for a maximum of 5 years,

  • technical logs for a maximum of 12 months.

10. DATA SECURITY

The Controller uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:

  • limited access,

  • encryption,

  • backups,

  • access control.

11. INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS

The individual has the right to:

  • access to data,

  • rectification,

  • erasure (“right to be forgotten”),

  • restriction of processing,

  • objection,

  • data portability,

  • withdrawal of consent (if the basis is consent).

We respond to requests within 1 month at the latest.

12. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

If you believe that the processing is not in compliance with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with:
